Registration Refund Policy

1. Refunds requested before the refund date indicated on the seasons information page  will be returned in full minus a $50.00 administration fee.

2. Refunds requested after the refund date will be returned on a pro-rated basis minus a $50.00 administration fee and subject to the following guidelines:

   1. Refund for medical reason before commencement of play and with a doctors note, full refund with no penalty.  

   2. Refund for medical reason after commencement of play and with a doctors note, no administration fee. Refund to be on a pro-rated basis determined by the sport chair.

   3. To be considered for a refund all requests must be made in writing with the required documentation attached. All requests must be mailed to:

We will respond to written, mail requests only, no others will be considered.

Uniform deposit will be returned in the full amount, provided the uniform is returned in a clean and undamaged state.

Community membership refunds are handled exclusively by the respective community associations.
